- ARGH! Yes, they are. The information is right there on Motorolas web
- server. All you have to do is go and look for it. Now, if you'll
- remember, what Dr. K said was that the fastest full 68030 in a plastic
- package was the 33MHz version. Any full 68030s faster than that are
- PGA, which, as people have pointed out, is more expensive to buy, and
- more expensive to put in machines, since you can't surface mount it.
-
- This is not a flame against you in particular, but why don't people
- just read th einformation in front of them before posting silly
- questions to this newsgroup? I've seen peoplsaying "If I can't put a
- graphics card in it, I don't want one", AT's press release says you
- can put a graphics card in it. It also says you can upgrade the
- processor, and it also says you can add expansion slots, yet people
- are asking these questions again and again and again. This is 1996 for
- goodness sake! We've got things like Altavista, where you can find
- out practically anything within seconds. Answers to most or all of the
- questions getting asked over and over again about all of this are
- right there on the web. All one has to do is read.
-
- Phew, rant over, there, I feel much better now! :-)
